Terrance's Top Gun Bonefishing and Charters is located in Marsh Harbor on the beautiful island of Abaco, Bahamas—just an hour's plane ride from West Palm Beach, Florida. The Bahamas have long been regarded the "bonefishing capital" of the world. Your guide through these fertile waters will be Terrance Davis, an expert bonefisherman of 15 years. Terrance will take you through expansive mangroves and interior creeks and across hard sand flats in his open 20 foot boat to provide you with the thrill of your life. In addition to the ever-elusive gray ghost, there are numerous other challenging gamefish in these waters, like permit and barracuda.

Bonefish are phantoms— slender, silvery, easily-spooked, and weighing up to ten pounds or more. They are incredible fighting fish. They may travel in a school of 50, or in ones and twos. The solitary fish are usually larger than those in the school, and craftier. This gorgeous catch is from an afternoon outing with Terrance.

Most fly fishermen will get out of the boat and wade in water eight inches to two feet deep, looking for the tail of the fish as it feeds off clams, crabs, and shrimp on the muddy sea bottom. Spin tackle fishermen use jigs, also known as buck tails, brightly coloured lead-headed lures. They usually fish in deeper water from the boat. Terrance can easily accomodate the experienced fisherman's preference, or, for beginners, patiently teach you the fine art of bonefishing in the glorious Bahamas sun.
